Our Collective Story: Growing and Sharing our Impact
Request for Proposals

The 2025 BC Non-Profit Leadership Conference will focus on Our Collective Story: Growing and Sharing our Impact. Non-profits are the heart and soul of our communities, tirelessly addressing needs and challenges that often go unnoticed. By providing essential services, advocating for justice, creating opportunities for connection and expression, and supporting those in need, non-profits help build a more equitable and compassionate society. At our 2024 conference, we focused on developing Our Collective Strength – finding common threads, improving our work, and aligning values to cultivate spaces of belonging.
Now, we’re more ready to tell our story.
Through the following conference objectives, we hope, with your contributions, that attendees will walk away with techniques for meaningful storytelling and strategies for building more connected partnerships and communities across our province, amplifying the significant and exceptional role non-profits play locally and more broadly in our world.
- Develop Skills for Stronger Organizations: Gain practical tools and new ways to approach your leadership, leading to more sustainable organizations.
- Strengthen Collaboration: Create meaningful connections and partnerships that enhance collective efforts.
- Create Compelling Stories: Learn new and proven techniques for storytelling that resonates with key funders, partners, and the broader community.
- Drive Growth: Discover strategies for increasing your organizational, and our combined, reach and impact.
- Highlight and Celebrate Successes: Share and create awareness of the impactful work being done by non-profits across BC.
As part of your submission, we invite you to reflect and interpret the theme of “Our Collective Story: Growing and Sharing our Impact.”
